The educational programs of the Department of Geological Engineering consist of a balanced distribution of basic engineering courses and fundamental professional courses.
Courses in the educational program are continuously updated, taking into account contemporary developments in engineering application fields. Technical and non-technical elective courses are heavily emphasized so that students can acquire interdisciplinary competence and develop themselves in their specific areas of interest.
The flexible educational curriculum allows students to complete their 4-year education in 3.5 years. Furthermore, within the framework of the ERASMUS program, it is possible for students to pursue a semester of their education at a European university.
