This is a four-year engineering degree program with an optional one-year foreign language preparatory program prior to core departmental courses. Alongside basic engineering subjects, the curriculum covers general geology, mineralogy and petrology, mineral deposits, hydrogeology, and applied geology. Graduates fulfilling all graduation criteria are awarded the B.Sc. degree in "Geological Engineering".

Geological Engineer" or "M.Sc. Geological (Hydrogeological) Engineer".
Ph.D. degree programs accept applicants with a master's degree upon meeting official requirements and passing departmental doctoral entry exams. Advanced doctoral research focuses on general geology, mineralogy-petrology, mineral deposits, applied geology, and hydrogeology. Successful candidates are awarded a Doctorate (Ph.D.) in Geological or Hydrogeological Engineering.
