Mevlana Exchange Program

As stated in the Mevlana Booklet prepared by the Council of Higher Education; “The Mevlana Exchange Program is a program that enables the exchange of students and academic staff between higher education institutions providing education in Turkey and higher education institutions providing education abroad.” With this program, university departments affiliated with the Council of Higher Education can sign bilateral protocols with universities of their choice.
