For the 2025-2026 summer period, all students conducting mandatory or voluntary internships must complete their documents fully (with all signatures completed and dates compliant with regulations) and submit them to the deputy coordinators at least 1 month prior to starting.

Form Annex-3 must include the company stamp and the Name – Surname – Title of the signing authorized person.

The Internship Logbook and Report Card must be received from deputy coordinators before starting. 2 passport photos with your name written on the back are required upon receipt.

• I. Internship dates must not conflict with the Mapping Camp or Summer School term.
• II. Students in their 6th semester or later who have completed at least half of the required 240 ECTS credits (including current semester credits) are eligible to apply.
