INFORMATION
2023-2024 summer term mandatory and Students who will do a voluntary internship must prepare all the documents required for the internship completely (all signatures completed, internship dates determined in accordance with the legislation) and submit them to the assistant coordinators at least 1 month before the internship start date.
The seal of the company where the internship will be done and the Name-Surname-Job information of the person signing it must be included in the Annex-3 form.
The Internship Book and Report Card will be received from the assistant internship coordinators before the internship start date. 2 passport photos with your name written on them are required for the Internship Book and Report Card. It is mandatory to bring a photo when you come to get the Internship Book and Report Card.
For the Geological Engineering department's mandatory (30 working days) and optional internship, the relevant forms (Annex-3, Annex-4 or Annex-5; According to the health service status) in the intern section on the Hacettepe University SKSDB page and student internship registration form* must be filled out completely and submitted.
These procedures must be completed 1 month before the internship starts. All necessary information for the internship (SKSDB’s frequently asked questions*) can be found on the pages mentioned above.
The internship calendar and process will be determined and announced to you.

- Documents for the 2023–2024 compulsory internship (internship notebook, internship report and internship achievement certificate in a sealed, signed envelope) must be submitted in accordance with the internship notebook and internship report writing principles during the week of November 4–8, 2024. Documents submitted outside of these dates and missing documents will definitely not be accepted.
